Benjamin Charles Johnson

Benjamin Charles Johnson 52 of Burkeville, VA passed away on June 25, 2018. He was born in Richmond, VA to Charles E and the late Lois Elliott Johnson on
January 16, 1966. He grew up in Chesterfield, VA and joined the Virginia National Guard while he was still in High School. He was a proud member until his death. He was an active member of the VFW of Crewe and spent his leisure time hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his father Charles, one brother Patrick (Telly) Johnson and a wife Barbara of Prospect, VA, one sister Teresa Johnson (John Gault) of Shelby, NC, 3 nieces Meredith, Meagan, Hailey, 4 nephews Brad, Landon, Austin and Lincoln.

He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother Brad Johnson.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Puckett Funeral Home, interment will be private. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at Puckett Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Virginia 2235 Staples Mill Rd, Suite 100.
