Brooks S. Bryant

Mrs. Brooks S. Bryant, 65 of Farmville passed away Thursday in Richmond. She was born July 12, 1944 in Albemarle County. She was the daughter of Glenn and Estelle Drumheller Stargell. She was the widow of Jack Bryant. She was retired from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
She was survived by her sons, Dwayne Bryant (Nancy Bryant) of Buckingham and Will Bryant (Amy Swayne) of Midlothian; her sisters, Gayle Eyre of Illinois, Judy Taylor of Caroline County and Linda Baird of Buckingham and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jacob and Matthew Bryant.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, June 20, 2010 2:00PM at the chapel of Puckett Funeral Home with interment in Westview Cemetery. Family will receive friends Saturday evening 5:30 7:30PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Prince Edward County Rescue Squad.
