George C Branham

George C. Branham, 86 of Dillwyn, VA passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. He was born on October 31, 1929 to the late Waldon Dallas Branham and Elizabeth Schultz Hayter Branham.

He attended Emory and Henry College and served in the Air Force in Alaska. He was a member of Hatcher Baptist Church, where he loved to serve people as Christ served.

He is survived by his wife, Frankie; three daughters, Georganne Griffin of Raleigh, NC, Catherine DeBoer of Richmond, VA and Becky Kwiatkowski of Long Valley, NJ; one goddaughter, Lauren Haislip of Cumberland, VA; two sisters, Vivian Moore of Charlottesville, VA, Reba Branham of Sanford, NC and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Leo Branham, and a sister, June DeBord.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at Hatcher Baptist Church with interment to follow at Jones Chapel Baptist Church cemetery. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 7:00PM until 8:00PM.
