James "Jimmie" Ralph Eubank, Jr.

EUBANK, Jr. James “Jimmie” Ralph passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018. He was born May 23, 1930 to Ralph and Martha Jenkins “Manks” Eubank. He leaves to cherish his memory
his beloved wife of sixty-nine years, Elsie “Bunnie”, daughters: Lynn Taylor (Chuck) of Rice, Virginia, Nancy Scruggs (Eddie) of Cullen, Virginia, grandchildren: Nathan Burcham of Alabama, Crystal Shepherd (Brandon), Eric Scruggs (Ann-Dru) both of Cullen, Virginia, great-grandchildren: Emma-Cate, Aubrie, Sarah-Beth and Wyatt. He farmed most of his life. After retirement from Piedmont Geriatric Hospital he spent his time at home farming and taking care of his animals. He was a faithful member of Bagby Memorial Baptist Church. He was greatly loved by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a friend to anyone he met and will be missed by all.

The family will receive friends at Puckett Funeral Home in Farmville, Virginia on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m where the service will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Intermit will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Centra Hospice of Farmville or Bagby Memorial Baptist Church.
