John Henry Grunert

John Henry Grunert,83, of Prospect passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012 in Lynchburg. He was the husband of the late Barbara Gandini Grunert and son of the late John and Sadie Brett Grunert. John Henry was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict and was retired as a salesman with Nabisco. He is survived by his son John A.Grunert and wife, Jeanne of Prospect, daughter Jacalyn A. Graziano and husband, Michael of Massapequa Park, NY and grandson, Michael Graziano, Jr. A graveside service will be held at 10:00AM, Friday, October 12, 2012 in Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia with milatary honors. The family will recieve friends from 7:00PM until 9:00PM, Thursday at Puckett Funeral Home.
