Maria Gripper Walker

Maria Gripper Walker age 46 of Farmville, VA passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. She was born in Washington D.C. to Sylvester R. and Pamela Weaver Gripper on June 11, 1969. She is preceded in death by her son, Michael Hampton.
She is survived by her husband, McArthur Walker, 1 brother, David Weaver, 1 sister, Stephanie Gripper Lyttle, nieces and nephews, Cory Mills, Dorian Weaver, Marcus Weaver, Sharletta Hunter, Alexis Weaver, Isis Bigebow 2 step daughters, Infiniti Walker and Destini Cunningham.
She was a longtime member of Race Street Baptist Church and loved to dance and listen to music. She was loved by her family and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 1:00PM in Race Street Baptist Church.
