Mildred Davis Brown

Mildred Davis Brown, of Cumberland, passed away into the arms of Jesus on December 28,2024 at the age of 85. She was born to the late John Robert Davis and Mattie Simpkins Davis on November 19,1939. She is also preceded in death by her numerous brothers and sisters. She is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Thomas Holman Brown,Sr. Her children Tamara(Charles), Thomas Jr.(Clariest), John(Tammie) and Carl. Her grandchildren Patrick(Courtney), Natalie(Ryan), Hope(Dalton), Tamara, Kelley, Mallory and Emma.Her great grandchildren McKenna, Jackson, Evelyn, Malachi, Declan and Koren, her sisters Betty, Nancy and brother Glen. She touched our lives as a devoted and loving daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.She was affectionately known as Mil Mil to many. She was a strong believer in Jesus Christ and a member of Fitzgerald Baptist Church. She also praised the Lord with her singing in the church choir. Mildred loved and enjoyed spending time with friends and with her family whom she adored and cherished with all her heart. To honor her wishes, there will be a private family service
