Minnie Louise Fallen

Mrs. Minnie Louise Fallen, 95 of Rice passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012 at her residence. She was born April 18, 1916 in Halifax, VA to the late Edward and Eva Franklin Francisco. She was the widow of Leo “Bumps” Fallen. Louise was a longtime salesperson at the Baldwins Store in Farmville. She loved working in her flower and vegetable gardens. She is survived by her son, Charlie Fallen of Rice, her brothers, Ronnie Francisco of Scottsburg and Harry Francisco of Richmond, her sisters, Becky Hodges and Margie Bowman both of Richmond and Ruby Williams of Clover, her granddaughter, Charlene Fallen of Rice, numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend, Susan Lickey. She was preceded in death by her seven siblings. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 2:00pm at Pisgah Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 6:00-8:00pm at the Puckett Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Pisgah Baptist Church.
