Reginald Glenn Steepleton

Reginald Glenn Steepleton age 80 of New Canton, VA passed away at his home on Saturday, November 23, 2013. He was born in Eagle Rock, VA on January 9, 1933 to the late Mildred Wright. He joined the army and pulled two tours in Vietnam where he received the Bronze Star Medal, and served in Japan and Germany. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and loved bowling. He was a proud member of the American Legion and the DAV of Woodbridge, VA. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha and his son Glenn Steepleton. He is survived by his wife Maxine Beer, a step son Michael Cogswell (Robin) of Dale City, VA and a step granddaughter, Marcia Biddle of Florence AL. and many other extended family. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 29, 2013 at 12:00 noon at Quantico National Cemetery. Family requests no viewing. Puckett Funeral Home is serving the family.
