Robert Daniel Flaherty, Sr

A legend left this world on May 16, 2023. Robert Daniel Flaherty, Sr., known as Bob, passed peacefully surrounded by love and his family. Born in Dover, NJ in 1937, Bob was the youngest of six. He grew up hard, but loved fiercely. The life of every party, Bob loved to crack a beer, shoot the breeze with anyone, and dance with his wife. And boy could he dance! A lifelong NY Giants and Notre Dame fan, he coached countless kids in football, and in life. His love was unconditional, to family and friends alike, who will all miss him dearly. He is survived by his loving wife Frances, his children Robert Jr (Rosemary),
Lynne (Rich), Tara (John) and Kate; his grandchildren Brianna, Brendan, Emma, Isabelle, Ezra, Jonah and Olivia; and nieces and nephews too many to count. He truly was a rich man.
