Robert Lee Davis

Mr. Robert Lee Davis, 88 of Farmville passed away Saturday at his residence. He was born June 10, 1922 at Stony Point Mills in Cumberland County to the late Nathaniel Lee and Martha Maria Ranson Davis. He was retired from Craddock Terry Shoe Factory in Farmville where he was a former plant manager.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Old Davis; his children, Robert N. Bobby Davis (Jane) of Chesapeake and Patricia D. Kidd (Rick) of Gloucester and their families.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 22, 2010 11:00AM at Farmville Presbyterian Church with interment in Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Amelia. Family will receive friends Monday evening 6:30-8:00PM at the Puckett Funeral Home in Farmville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Farmville Presbyterian Church or to the American Cancer Society.
