Shirley Ann Wooten

Shirley Ann Wooten, 86 of Farmville passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. She was born December 12, 1931 to the late Edwin and Mazie Anderson. She was a retired bookkeeper of Suburban Propane. She loved animals, fan of NASCAR and Major League Baseball. She was an avid reader and loved family gatherings. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Edwin T. Anderson Jr. and Paul Anderson.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Wooten, one son, Bob and Linda Wooten of Edinburg, VA, a granddaughter Rachel of New York, a brother-in-law, Bernard “Red” Wooten and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 11 2:00pm at Westview Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Thursday evening 6:00-8:00pm at the Puckett Funeral Home.
