Thomas Ira Sayer

Thomas I. Sayer 61 of Farmville, VA passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014. He was born in Washington DC on July 15, 1953 to the late Irving and Fontaine Knicely Sayer. He is married to the love of his life, Deborah Brinkley Sayer. He worked at Brinkley Electric Co. for many years and later worked for Centra Southside Community Hospital as the Supervisor of Maintenance. He is survived by his wife, Deborah, his daughter; Jessica S. Tibbs and her husband, Jason, grandchildren; Kayla, Ava and Reagan, God son; Jason K. Glenn, God granddaughter; Vivian C. Glenn, Siblings; James Sayer, Sharon Thurston, Rosie Sayer, Michelle Benson, Evelyn Benbatoul, Michael Sayer, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, friends that became family; Tom and Pam Hazelwood, Ralph and Diane Hedrick. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gwennie Sayer and in-laws; Harry and Kitty Brinkley. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at 3:00PM in Puckett Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at Puckett Funeral Home. Puckett Funeral Home is serving the family.
