Tina Marie Brown, a loving daughter, sister, aunt and great aunt passed away at her residence in Farmville, VA on May 7, 2023. She was born in Washington, DC on December 02, 1957 as the oldest of three daughters to Angela and Earl Burch of Ft. Washington, MD. In addition to her parents, Tina is survived by her sisters and their loving families. They are Wanda/ sister and Mickey Gryszkiewicz. (Jason, Shelly, Cat and Juliette Burch, Robbie Gryszkiewicz, Haley and Austin Thomas.) Donna Burch/sister (Angela, Mark, Hamilton, Hendrick, Halden and Lolah Taylor. Amanda, J.G. and Grady Saunders.) Opal and Midnight the cat kids.
A nephew, Mitchell Gryszkiewicz pre-deceased her along with Sid, her third cat. Although Tina was disabled she loved life and poured her heart and soul into accepting her limitations. She was witty, funny and sassy, followed her own rules and was full of wisdom. Life stories and experiences were interesting and funny. Keeping in touch with family and close friends was very important to her. She was also very good at reaching out with a helping hand if it was needed. Had she left a prior message for us before she passed—it would be—“ I came into this world without my consent and I left in the same manner. I also made an ASH of myself. Her parting words to all would be, ‘I love you so much, I want you to know, I am cheering you on, wherever you go. And whatever you do and wherever you start, I pray you love Jesus with all of your heart. At Tina’s request all arrangements are private.
